Enjoy the unique experience of yoga sessions in our wonderful Foreshore Gallery space, surrounded by artworks and a changing exhibition schedule. Hosted by Hannah Caney, Hastings born yoga teacher and artist.

Hannah's approach to Yoga is one which encourages not only health and strength in the body but also a calmness and happiness within the mind. With her experience living in monasteries and ashrams around the world, she understands the importance of the individual practice, study and understanding of yoga in all its wonderful forms.

Fully trained in Sivananda yoga (RYS 200), Hannah creates a light, happy atmosphere, using the art of yoga to promote strength and happiness in mind and body. She is especially interested in how the mind can be aided by the yogic tradition and how this resonates in enhancing, kindness, happiness and joy in all aspects of life.

Hannah's classes are suitable for all abilities, yoga being about the journey rather than the goal, she is fully trained, insured, CRB check and first aid trained.

Suitable for all abilities. Some floor mats will be provided but if you have your own please bring it with you. Numbers may be limited for some sessions depending on the layout of the exhibition.
