Future dates to be announced

Join Sarah Ciacci, a Blue Badge Tourist Guide, university lecturer and gallery educator specialising in older people and people living with dementia, to discover some of the amazing artworks on display at Jerwood Gallery. Enjoy a short tour and informal discussions in front of select artworks in the gallery spaces followed by a cup of tea, biscuits or cake and a chat in the Studio. Learn about what the artworks mean, who the artist was, and what your own feelings are about them.

This is a relaxed, interactive session, but you don't have to talk if you don't want to, just listening is fine. Suitable for people living with early to mid-stage dementia, their partners, family members and carers.  Everyone can enjoy learning about fascinating art works in the stunning seaside setting of Jerwood Gallery.

Sarah Ciacci (MA, MITG) is a Professional Blue Badge Tourist Guide and a Professional City of London Guide; a university lecturer in history of art at Richmond, The American International University in London; an accredited Institute of Tourist Guiding Guide Trainer; and Gallery and Museum Educator.
